Understanding our refund terms and conditions

Refunds Policy

Please note that any refunds request under the agreement with client, once accepted by Brandleap may take approximately 3-5 business days to reflect on the Client's credit or debit card in accordance with card association processing standards, and at least 7-10 business days to appear in your financial institution.

It's important to be aware that some financial institutions may impose longer delays, which are beyond Brandleap's control.

Confirmation notices will be promptly emailed to the Client upon receipt during regular business hours, typically within 3 business days.

Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:45am to 3:15pm (PST).

If you haven't received written confirmation of your cancellation within 3 business days, please don't hesitate to reach out to Brandleap for assistance.
